She has been in the top 5% of agents in Santa Clara County for several years. Anne holds the designations of Certified Residential Specialist and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. The CRS designation is a credential based on years of experience, number of transactions and special training courses. Only 3% of agents nationwide belong to the select group. The Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation signifies special training in dealing with seniors and their unique needs. Not only has Anne achieved this designation, but she has visited many of the facilities in the area that are residences for people who qualify as seniors. She provides counseling to people and to their families when they are considering selling their home and moving to a Senior Residence.
